Power Machines to place 20% of shares in Nov
MOSCOW. Sept 29 (Interfax) -Russian power engineering concern Power Machines will hold a private placement in November, offering 20% of its shares, Interros Chairman Vladimir Potanin told the press in Moscow on Monday. Earlier Power Machines General Director Yevgeny Yakovlev said the company planned to place about 20% of its shares among institutional investors this year.
