Conference "Russian regions: from a survival to prosperity. New approaches to increasing investment attractiveness and economic growth"
 
"Expert RA" rating agency and "Expert" magazine invite to take part in the conference "Russian regions: from a survival to prosperity. New approaches to increasing investment attractiveness and economic growth" that will take place on October, the 1 st, 2003, in "Sheraton Palace" hotel, Moscow (1 Tverskaya-Yamskaya street, 19).
- Participants of conference will get a unique opportunity to learn about the most interesting social and economic and investment strategies and programs from representatives of regions and towns, they will listen to experts` opinions on possibilities of improvement of investment climate of Russia.
- There will be given practical examples of the ways to attract finance to the regions and introduced investors ready to work with territories.
- To the participants` attention there`ll be presented pilot creditability ratings ascribed to some regions of Russia by rating consortium "Expert RA - ÀÊ&Ì" in 2003.
