House of Representatives Speaker Akbar Tandjung said this on 11 September at a meeting with a Russian Federation Council delegation led by Ilyas Umakhanov, the first deputy chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs. The delegation arrived in Jakarta to attend the 24th ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Organization meeting.
