spokesman for the government arms trader Rosoboronexport told Interfax on Tuesday ahead of the opening of the sixth MAKS
international aerospace show.
"The biggest contacts of the year include a deal for 18 Su-30MKM multirole fighters with Malaysia, for two
Su-27SK air superiority fighters, two Su-30MK and two Mi-35 helicopters with Indonesia. Our counterparts are ready to
significantly expand the scale of cooperation in both product range and volume," the said.
The spokesman said the Russian aerospace industry is confirming its effectiveness as a long-term strategic partner in
the framework of large- scale contracts under implementation.
