Damage caused by Mozdok bombing estimated at 70 mln rubles
Boris Dzgoyev, North Ossetia's Emergency Situations Minister, has estimated the damage caused by the recent terrorist attack in Mozdok at about 70 million rubles. "Expert preliminary estimates have put the damages caused by the terrorist attack at nearly 70 million rubles," Dzgoyev noted.

He said that the hospital building near which a KamAZ truck loaded with explosives blew up will not be repaired. "A monument to the victims of the terrorist attack will be erected at the site of the hospital," the minister added.

On August 1, a suicide bomber driving a KamAZ truck broke through the gate of Mozdok's military hospital and detonated the explosives in the truck. The death toll from the blast currently stands at 50. Another 64 were taken to hospitals in various Russian cities.
