VSMPO-Avisma, the world's largest producer of titanium, plans to place 25%-27% of its shares on Western markets
in two years and will publish consolidated reports to international standards and disclose its beneficiaries by the end

The Russian Economic Development and Trade Ministry is to ask the government to ease directives that establish
minimum protection for the Russian market after the country joins the World Trade Organization, Vedomosti reports (page

Economic Development and Trade Minister German Gref has spoken out against de-privatization and also against an
