New terrorist act in Moscow
At 2:27 on Thursday on the 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street (the center of Moscow) a new terrorist attack took place.

According to specified data, the bomb that exploded there was equal to 2 kilograms of trotyl.

As Rossiya (Russia) television reported, a sapper, 23, was killed by the explosion. He was an officer of the Federal Security Service (FSB). The name of the victim was not reported. No civilians were harmed by the explosion.

According to the channel’s data, the hand-made bomb was in a bag of one of the visitors of a cafe situated at 16, 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street. This woman was detained, she is now being interrogated. Specialists tried to neutralize the bomb using a special robot, but later, when the FSB specialist approached the bomb, it blew up.

According to one of the versions of the investigation, the bomb could be detonated remotely.

Traffic along the 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street has not been resumed so far, Rossiya reported.
