Moscow Bailiffs Service will proceed with investigation actions in the office of YUKOS registrar M-Reestr tomorrow, sources with the company told AK&M. Currently M-Reestr's offices are being sealed.


YUKOS has recently transferred the registers of its core production divisions (Samaraneftegaz, Tomskneft VNK, Uganskneftegaz) and refineries (Achinsk Refinery of VNK, Novokuibyshevsk Refinery, Syzransky Refinery) from M-Reestr to the issuers themselves.
